Examine the historical foundations of race and racism in the U.S., analyze how to recognize biases and racism, and participate in a self-analysis that leads to the creation of an action plan in order to become an agent of change.

Upon completion you will receive a digital badge that certifies your knowledge of Equity and identifies you as a leader for advancing Dual Language Programs.

To earn this Digital Badge, the learner will work through and complete three modules:

Module 3: Windows, Mirrors, Sliding Glass Doors and You
